Rainbow I & II News June 2008

was a great success. Apparently in excess of £170,000 was collected altogether. However, the next day it was quite noticeable that some Rainbow staff were not quite as sprightly as they are usually!

Wednesday 2nd July

Afternoon dress rehearsal for both Rainbow I and II of Robin Hood. Rainbow I children to be picked up at the usual time from Charles Street.

Friday 4th July

9.30am Rainbow I & II - Two hour canal cruise along the Grand Union Canal just north of the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire followed by a picnic. Many thanks to Mrs Dilworth for all the organisation. She will be taking over from Mrs Morris as Rainbow I parent representative in September.

Tuesday 8th July

1.45pm Rescheduled Prep School Sports Day, Durrants Lane for Rainbow II.

Wednesday 9th July

9.30 Strawberry picking trip to Grove Farm, Ivinghoe for Rainbow I & Foundation Stage children.

Thursday 10th July

2 pm Strawberries and Pimms afternoon get together at Charles Street for parents, Rainbow I and Foundation Stage children who will be singing, dancing and showing their OT and drama skills.

Friday 11th July

2 pm Rainbow II children attend Speech Day at Durrants Lane
